The Madneuli mining and processing operation is located in Georgia in the Kvemo Kartli region of the Bolnisi District. We acquired the assets in 2005 during part of the Georgian privatisation programme. Copper gold-bearing ore is processed using a flotation process at the on-site beneficiation plant.

- Concentrate is packed in big bags weighing 2.3 tons and is stored in a warehouse until shipment by rail to ports.
- Madneuli has a long-term contract in place with Georgian Railways for the transport of copper concentrate from Kazreti, where the concentrate plant is located, to the port of Poti
