GeoProMining Takes Part in Days of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) in Moscow

GeoProMining, a diversified international mining group (GPM or the “Company”), is taking part in the Days of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) programme in Moscow. The programme of business and cultural events held on 20-25 November 2012 is dedicated to the 380th anniversary of Yakutia becoming part of Russia. The aim of the programme is to expand cooperation with the region.

As a major investor in the region GPM regularly participates in official visits and events presenting and promoting investment potential of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). GPM’s activities in the region are a good example of an investment programme in action, which contributes to the economic and social development of the Republic. GPM has been operating in Yakutia since 2007. The company’s assets include the Sarylakh-Surma production complex, which consists of the Sarylakh mine and a processing plant; and Zvezda, which develops the Sentachan gold and antimony deposit.
