- Held the position of CFO at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipbuilding plant
- Mr Belyaev worked for Incombank and Guta-Bank as Vice-President of Business Development in Northwest region

- Prior joining GeoProMining, worked in strategic development department of UC Rusal
