- Previously held positions of the Strategic Business Unit Manager at the DRD Group of Mines South Africa,
- Operations Manager at AngloGold-Ashanti Ghana West Africa

- Holder of the National Higher Diploma in Extraction Metallurgy from Technicon Witwatersrand, South Africa, 1991
- Member of the Mine Metallurgical Managers Association
- MDP in General Management from the University of South Africa
Simon Cleghorn
Chief Geologist
Prior Experience:
- Over 21 years of resource and mine geology experience
- International experience in Australia, Asia and the Caucasus
- Wide operating experience with mining companies such as Western Mining Corporation, Plutonic Resources Australia, Avocet Mining Plc and consulting with various exploration juniors in the Caucuses region
- Extensive senior exploration, resource appraisal and due diligence management background in the FSU

- Bachelor of Engineering in Mineral Exploration & Mining Geology (Honours) from Western Australian School of Mines (Kalgoorlie, Australia)
